Partnership

Your archive, with AI on top.

We are looking for the people who own a legal collection — publishers, professional bodies, institutions — and want to make it searchable without building a platform from nothing.

How it works

  1. 01

    You bring the archive

Rulings, legislation, administrative practice, commentary, model documents. In whatever shape it is in today: converting it is our work.

  2. 02

    We bring the platform

Semantic search, answers that carry the citation, arguments tested against the case law, matter management. It is in production, not a prototype.

  3. 03

What comes out is a product

A subscription the professionals in your country pay for, on your archive, under your brand or ours.

The first case

La Tribuna, Italy.

La Tribuna is an Italian legal publisher. They brought the archive — rulings, legislation, commentary, model documents — and we brought the platform. That collection can now be questioned in plain Italian, and every answer stays tied to the document it came from.

And the template for the next one.

Same build, another country, another archive. Conversion, indexing, checkable citation and licensing are problems solved once: the next partner does not start from nothing.

What we are looking for One jurisdiction at a time.

  • Statutes, codes and regulations
  • Rulings and decisions
  • Administrative practice and circulars
  • Commentary, doctrine and model documents

It does not need to be neatly digitised already, or complete. It needs to be curated, and you need the rights to license it.

What stays yours

The rights to the content

The archive belongs to whoever owns it. The licence covers the product and it has a term.

The relationship with your subscribers

We decide together whether the product carries your brand, ours, or both.

Your archive does not train models

Ours or anyone else's. It is the same rule we apply to client case files.

No infrastructure cost

Indexing, models, hosting and maintenance are on us.

The model is not tied to law. It works wherever there is a curated professional archive, where searching is hard and the source has to stay checkable. If you look after a collection like that in another field, we are still interested in the conversation.

Let's talk.

Tell us which archive you look after and in which country. A person answers, not a form.
